Why does Geico want me to save 15% or more on car insurance?

 

While the exact message has evolved over the years, the most common refrain in a GEICO commercial is “15 minutes could save you 15% or more on car insurance." We’ve all heard it so many times, it’s part of our subconscious at this point. But is it really true, do you really save 15% or more with GEICO? GEICO is proud to give back to the ones who give so much to their country. Active duty, retired from the military, or members of the National Guard or Reserves may be eligible for a discount of up to 15% on certain car insurance coverages.
